Senior Plant Operations Director — 24/7 High‑Volume Mfg

Molex in South Guadalajara is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a 24-hour high-volume manufacturing plant. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and overseeing all aspects of plant performance including quality, delivery, and cost targets.
