Senior Plant Quality Manager

Your Job:
You will lead and manage quality assurance and quality management programs to ensure all manufacturing operations, from raw materials to finished products, meet rigorous design, quality, and integrity standards.
Your role is critical in driving operational excellence, maintaining certifications, and fostering a zero-defect mindset across the plant.
Our Team:
You will report to the Director of Quality and oversee a team that includes Section Quality Managers, Superintendents, and Quality Engineers.
The team is deeply integrated with all plant operations, internal and external customers, and suppliers, working together to uphold and advance product quality and compliance.
