Purpose of the job

• Leading the onsite team to meet development schedule and quality requirements.
• Oversee the entire product development cycle and collaborate between the internal development team, Program Management, and suppliers/ factories.
• Ensure components delivered by our suppliers meet our quality and reliability requirements.
• Manage project transfer from overseas to the Philippines

• Develop and execute a viable schedule for new products based on inputs from Sales & R&D.
