Leading the onsite team to meet development schedule and quality requirements.
Oversee the entire product development cycle and collaborate between the internal development team, Program Management, and suppliers/ factories.
Ensure components delivered by our suppliers meet our quality and reliability requirements.
Manage project transfer from overseas to the Philippines
Responsibility
Develop and execute a viable schedule for new products based on inputs from Sales & R&D.
Following guidelines for the product development cycle, RTX Gateway system, create checklists to track project tasks from kick-off to mass production.
Coordinate internally and externally to ensure all tasks are executed on time and within the required quality level.
