Job Description

Mission.
Lead the e-commerce deployment project in Italy (estimated duration: 9 to 12 months)
Structure and professionalize processes, building on the foundations of the Benelux B2B platform while integrating the specificities of the Italian market (payments, regulations, consumer behavior).

Ensure smooth coordination with the Italy CEO, local teams, and headquarters.

Manage stakeholders (C-level and operational teams) and establish a clear project governance framework.

Identify risks and propose appropriate action plans.

Define and implement missing processes, starting from scratch when necessary.

Monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and guarantee delivery quality.
Required profile.
Experience
10 to 15+ years of experience managing complex projects in an international environment.
