 Responsibilities  Work with other Business Units (BUs) within the organisation and play an important role to formulate, analyse, and influence policymaking. 
Required to monitor the economic outlook and developments in the labour market. 
Gather ground feedback from unionised and non-unionised sectors. 
Required to prepare reports and analyse 3rd party data to derive meaningful information to inform internal stakeholders. 
Work with government agencies to lobby and tailor help schemes. 
 Requirements  University degree in Political Science, Economics, Law or any other related fields. 
A self-starter with keen interest to conduct policy and data analysis.
