As the Senior Portfolio Adviser, you will be the trusted adviser to the Manager People Planning and Portfolio, providing expert guidance and assurance on all matters, risks and issues, benefits, reporting, and governance across key People projects and initiatives. The breadth of your work will be vast, you'll be deeply involved in significant change and transformation initiatives, supporting Ara Poutama Aotearoa to achieve its strategic objectives under Hōkai Rangi. This is a high impact role where you'll have the opportunity to shape decision making, drive continuous improvement, and influence outcomes at a senior level.
