Senior Power BI

We are looking for a Senior Power BI & AI Analytics Consultant to support a fast-moving analytics initiative for a professional services organization.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The consultant will work closely with a senior stakeholder who will steer direction, while you own the implementation, data modeling, dashboards, and AI-assisted reporting.
Scope of Work
Design and implement near real-time Power BI dashboards
Build data pipelines between Excel → Power BI
Model assessment / scoring data for reporting
Develop Power BI dashboards for operational and executive visibility
Integrate AI / LLM capabilities to generate automated Findings Reports
Ensure human-in-the-loop review before final AI-generated reports are delivered
Optimize performance, data refresh, and usability
Ideal Profile
Senior-level Power BI professional
Strong experience with DAX, data modeling, Power Query
