ScaledOn is hiring a Senior PPC Strategist to lead cross-platform performance marketing strategy across enterprise and growth-stage ecommerce accounts.

This is a strategic lead role focused on client-facing ownership, AI-powered marketing, and advanced automation.

Core Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Leadership

• Own multi-channel strategy across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Bing Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit
• Manage large monthly ad budgets across performance and brand campaigns
• Lead client strategy calls and performance reviews
• Translate business KPIs into scalable paid media roadmaps
• Align paid and SEO strategy to maximize revenue and reduce cannibalization

AI, Automation & Performance Innovation

• Deploy AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar in campaign planning and creative workflows
