SENIOR PPC/PMC SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Participate in order review, evaluate and reply to delivery date based on man, machine, material, method and environment
• Capacity analysis and 13-week plan formulation
• Integrate production orders, manpower needs, reasonable arrangement, and balance production
• Control the inventory in progress, reduce the inventory amount, and reduce the backlog of goods
• Follow up the production progress, coordinate and deal with abnormal problems to ensure that the output is achieved
• Prepare the achievement rate of the plan, analyze the reasons for the non-achievement, and promote continuous improvement of the responsible department
• Promote lean production and reduce the cost per piece
• Lead the annual BU inventory count activity
