Senior Pricing and Packaging Manager

Verint is building a unified, modern commercial model across its combined product portfolio. The Senior Pricing & Packaging Manager will own pricing and packaging strategy across the full product line — Verint WFM, Verint QM, CoPilots, CX Analytics, IVA/IVR, Knowledge Management, Verint Recording, Calabrio WFM, Calabrio QM, Calabrio Analytics, and the C-ONE bundle. You will define how we go to market, how we monetize AI, and how we make it easier to sell, easier to buy, and easier to bill.

What You Will Do:

+ Design and own the go-forward pricing and packaging architecture across all products


+ Build a unified good/better/best tier structure — simple to explain, compare, and buy


+ Own the AI monetization model — evaluate and recommend credits, consumption, outcome-based, or hybrid structures


+ Ensure AI capabilities are bundled into tiers to drive adoption, not blocked behind add-on charges
