Our client a leading organisation within the Irish health insurance market is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to lead the development and delivery of pricing strategy across a growing portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role with strong visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to shape pricing strategy, influence commercial outcomes, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead pricing strategy across the health insurance portfolio

Own and enhance pricing models, tools, and methodologies

Deliver portfolio analysis and translate insights into commercial recommendations

Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Actuarial, and Sales

Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing pricing team
Requirements
Qualified Actuary with 3+ years PQE

Strong experience in health insurance pricing
