Senior Pricing & Sales Analyst (Staffing Experience Required)

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of pricing goals, strategies, and tactics for all national client pricing initiatives within Adecco Canada’s temporary, permanent and solutions businesses. Supports the sales team with all RFP and RFQ pricing requests. Produces financial reporting and analysis for quarterly, monthly and ad-hoc requirements to impact profitable growth and enhance margins while remaining competitive.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to support internal and external business reviews, commission calculation and to meet corporate reporting requirements.
• Creates proforma profit and loss statements for pricing analysis for client RFP’s, RFQ’s and bids.
