Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer

OnSemi is seeking a Senior Principal Analog design Engineer, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Power Management, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This group is responsible for development of Power management products including WBG Drivers (SiC, GaN), LED drivers, Switches/efuses/Hotswap controllers, DC-DC PMIC/POL, Multiphase controllers, Dr. MOS for consumer, industrial and automotive applications. In this role, you will focus on the following.

+ Mentor junior Analog IC design engineers
+ Lead multiple analog IPs with IP ownership and responsibility from definition, IP execution to release to manufacturing
+ Able to resolve complex analog problem and propose and implement the solution
+ Provide design guidance as needed, developing schedules and monitoring progress throughout the project
