Senior / Principal Client Partner (Winnipeg)

3Pillar Global is looking for senior and principal-level Client Partners who will become a trusted advisor to our clients. In this role, you’ll develop deep relationships with existing clients, understand their business and technology inside and out, and translate that understanding into expanded partnerships that deliver real outcomes for both sides. Our best Client Partners don’t just manage accounts—they become indispensable strategic advisors. You’ll retain clients by being genuinely valuable to them, and you’ll grow accounts by proactively identifying opportunities where 3Pillar’s capabilities align with where the client’s business is heading.
