Summary

We are seeking a Senior Principal Consultant in our Technical Services department within the Oracle NetSuite Customer Success Consulting team. This position requires heavy interaction with customers, other NetSuite application developers, NetSuite implementation teams, and NetSuite partners. The individual will scope, design, develop, and deploy custom scripts, integrations, and workflow solutions for our customers.

Typical Workload

• 25% scripting, QA, creating and executing test plans.

• 25% integration consulting with customer and third‑party systems.

• 25% customer‑facing work: walking through use cases, reviewing test plans, solving problems.

• 15% executive updates, documentation, overall project management.
