The Opportunity
:As a Senior Application Advisor at ApplyBoard, you will play a vital role in leading and guiding students and Recruitment Partners through the selection and application processes for various loan products designed to support their educational endeavors. You will collaborate closely with recruitment partners and directly engage with students to ensure a smooth and effective loan application experience. Your specialized knowledge of financial products, excellent customer service skills, and proactive approach will significantly contribute to the success of our lending program and client satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing every day:
Strategic Application Guidance and Loan Conversion:
Be a lead and mentor to Application Advisors to facilitate the accurate and complete submission of applications to designated banking partners.
