Senior Process Analyst

The Senior Process Analyst is responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across business units to enhance operational efficiency, control, and scalability. This role applies Lean Six Sigma methodologies, business analysis techniques, and digital automation tools to streamline end-to-end processes, reduce manual effort, and support data-driven decision-making. The role partners closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, and management to design, implement, and sustain continuous improvement solutions.
