They are currently looking for a Senior Process & Equipment Manager with experience in Front and Mid of Line to manage their wirebond, die attach, flipchip processes
Your new role
As the Senior Process & Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and optimization of mid-end manufacturing equipment and processes. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality production, and the continuous improvement of manufacturing capabilities
