Senior Process Engineer (Diamond Turning)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the assignment review or acquisition of equipment, tools, rearrangement of facilities and layout
• Develop new process to improve manufacturing support process with new techniques or method while fine tuning during the process
• Setting up new equipment and process optimization
• Documentation of key support and manufacturing process/procedures
• Involved and identify operational problems with solution after troubleshooting process
• Conduct cost analysis & performance studies on work processes while developing relevant information systems management method
• Develop internal training & development for direct staff on diamond turning processes

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Sciences related Engineering or its equivalents with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Precision optics/CNC ...
