Senior Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Improve processes, equipment, and machine features.
• Work with design, production, and technical teams to integrate new equipment into production.
• Perform hands-on assembly and troubleshooting when needed.
• Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments (CE regulations).
• Identify weaknesses in processes/components and suggest improvements.
• Meet with management, sales, R&D, procurement, and suppliers to discuss product ideas.
• Create design projects, specifications, and test instructions.
• Present prototypes to management, sales, or customers.
• Develop and distribute Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
• Test and document prototypes for functionality and durability.
• Resolve equipment issues internally and at customer sites (remote or on-site).
• Manage development/evaluation projects when assigned.
• Travel to client sites for troubleshooting and support.
