We are looking for a technical expert who doesn't just follow processes but builds and improves them from the ground up.
What's the Mission?
Design & Develop: Take drawings from concept to customer-ready samples.
Trial & Error: Lead trial runs for FA and new product launches.
Continuous Improvement: Lead CIP projects and tackle Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
Quality Guard: Monitor production compliance and prep for high-stakes customer audits.
Mentor: Train production teams on process control and safety protocols.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: ~5 years in a manufacturing/surface treatment environment.<...
