Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Define, document, and release assembly and manufacturing processes during product development, NPI, and line transfer 
Partner with Product Development Engineering to influence design decisions through DFM and DFA input 
Develop, standardize, and validate crimping processes including press and applicator setup parameters 
Execute and document crimp validation activities (crimp height, pull force, microsections) 
Provide hands‑on technical leadership during line ramp‑up and sustaining production 
Troubleshoot process‑related issues including crimp defects, deformation, gaps, and assembly variation 
Support cycle time optimization and line balancing from a process capability perspective 
Provide technical input and countermeasures to PFMEA and Control Plans 
Introduce fixtures, assembly jigs, and process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and repeatability
