Job Description

  Responsibilities: 
 As the expert in the field fro improvement projects, you are expected to provide inputs and introduce proesses that will improve current operations within a production plant setting
 You will work with stakeholders in driving improvement projects through excellent project management and the use of suitable methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma to achieve cost savings and production efficiency
 You will be involved as a Project Lead capacity and to provide training on lean & six sigma tool in executing process improement
  Requirements:  
 Degree in an Engineering field with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
 Six Sigma black belt/ Master Black Belt
 An indepenant self-starter with strong accountability and sense of urgency
 Results-oriented and resourcement
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
