About the team

The SMT Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting PCBA processes and equipment such as SMT, AOI, X-ray, Underfill, Conformal Coating, and depanelization, among others. As part of the engineering team, they will plan, schedule, execute, and coordinate the detailed phases of engineering work, and also provide root cause analysis and process troubleshooting for SMT/Mid Line. They will also participate in the continuous improvement process for SMT/MidLine KPIs.

Responsible for activities related to the development and support of SMT-MidLine processes, including analysis and improvement of quality and capacity
