Senior Process Executive - Masterdata

Job Descriptions:

• Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment.
• Manage Service Performance Review
• Support monthly or yearly audit testing by providing all relevant documentations.
• Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master Data
• Participate in UAT as when needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Basic Graduate in any discipline is required.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry.
• Hands‑on experience in working on Order to Cash process i.e Agreements/Contracts, Claims etc.
• Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools.
• Proficient MS Excel
