Main Responsibilities

- Design and propose innovative solutions tailored to meet business needs, using the latest technologies to create meaningful impact. Propose actionable improvements to optimize processes and drive innovation.
- Act as the bridge between business users and development teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless collaboration.
- Work hand-in-hand with users and vendors to ensure flawless system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design implementation, and testing.
- Be the connector and coordinator between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring everything aligns perfectly.
- Execute user acceptance tests with precision and care, ensuring top-quality outcomes.
- Create professional process flows using Visio and present findings to senior management.
