Senior Process Technician (Metallization)
Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia – OSRAM OS Penang

• Carry out daily process sustaining such as slug preparation, recipe tuning & regular anko
• Attend to process deviation such as SPC, CBM violation
• Dispose material disposition according to OCAP
• Support process engineers with various engineering projects in the area of cost & quality improvement, line stability, tool qualification

• To adhere to company 5S, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Waste Management, Cleanroom Protocol and Total Quality Management System policies

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in manufacturing in related industry such as semiconductor, solar or electronic industry
• Must be able to work in 12 hours rotating shift
• Must be able to support off-day overtime (OT) when required
