Senior Process Technician (Plasma)

Responsibilities

• To perform hold lot disposition procedures, interrupted lot processing(ILP) wafer recovery procedures at plasma/thermal tools.
• Perform hold lot disposition procedures.
• Perform interrupted lot processing(ILP) wafer recovery procedure, wafer rework procedures.
• Perform out of control action plan(OCAP) on SPC failure events.
• Perform routine 5S task in plasma/thermal working areas on ANKO wafers.
• Perform Anko wafer control - withdrawal from store, storage, housekeeping the used wafer.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Engineering fields(preferably in Chemical/Mechanical).
• Possess basic knowledge in semiconductor wafer fabrication manufacturing is an advantage.
• Critical thinking, systematic troubleshooting methodology.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Words
