Senior Process Technician (Plasma)

Responsibilities

• Perform hold lot disposition procedures, interrupted lot processing (ILP) wafer recovery procedures at plasma/thermal tools.
• Perform hold lot disposition procedures.
• Perform interrupted lot processing (ILP) wafer recovery procedure, wafer rework procedures.
• Perform out of control action plan (OCAP) on SPC failure events.
• Perform routine 5S task in plasma/thermal working areas on ANKO wafers.
• Perform ANKO wafer control – withdrawal from store, storage, housekeeping the used wafer.
