Job Title: Senior Processing Services Assistant, Finance

Reports To: Senior Manager, PST Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the following AP related tasks across APAC in an efficient and timely manner to ensure compliance with the relevant policies, procedures, and financial controls:
• Employee expenses processing
• Perform review for employee expenses in accordance with procedures and policies
• Provide guidance on expenses reimbursement to employees as and when required
• Monitor and follow up with the employees regarding the un-submitted corporate card expenses on a timely manner, strive to maintain the un-submitted corporate card expenses at a minimum level
• Preparation of personal spent and employee reimbursement reports to HR on a monthly basis
• Preparation of corporate card reconciliation on a monthly basis.
