Senior Procurement Manager (Food Category)

The Senior Procurement Manager (Food Category) will support the creation and implementation of business‑wide category strategies that deliver value to the organization in alignment with Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) overall business strategy. This includes establishing, leading, and developing the capability of the team; providing strategic input into category management framework and approaches; developing and project‑managing the execution of category strategies; partnering with Global Procurement teams and executive teams of internal stakeholders.

The role is considered a subject‑matter expert in the category group, with an in‑depth understanding of the supply market for each category and the ability to determine opportunities for cost reduction and supplier enhancement.
