We're hiring a
Senior Procurement Officer (Construction).
Help us build Southeast Asia's first AI-powered procurement platform for architectural finishes & MEPFS—from materials to site delivery.
What you'll do
• Own end-to-end sourcing: RFQs, multi-quote comparison, total cost & lead-time analysis
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, rebates; lock in supply & delivery schedules
• Onboard & vet suppliers (quality, compliance, ESG), maintain A/B/C supplier lists
• Coordinate with Logistics/Warehousing for JIT deliveries; prevent site downtime
• Propose eco alternatives with cost & spec parity; work with Sales/Tech on quotes
• Track supplier performance, resolve issues, and keep clean documentation (POs, contracts, SLAs)
