Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Title: Procurement Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – FMCG

Job Purpose
To manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships for raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials to ensure uninterrupted supply, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and alignment with FMCG business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
· Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables as per production and business requirements.
· Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers in line with company standards.
· Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost optimization.
· Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders (POs) and follow-up for deliveries.
Vendor Management
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
