Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze RFQs and identify material procurement needs.
  • Develop and execute cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to manage budgets and optimize spending.
  • Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure supplier compliance.
  • Coordinate with Finance for supplier payments.
  • Manage supplier approvals and maintain supplier performance evaluations.
  • Support and implement QHSSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) within procurement activities.
  • Promote a culture of health, safety, environment, and quality compliance.
  • Report QHSSE risks and ensure adherence to standards and KPIs.
