Senior Procurement Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to support the delivery of a large‑scale hydroelectric project in Newfoundland and Labrador, executed under an EPCM delivery model. This position will report to the Project Procurement Manager and be based out of the project office in St. John's, with close collaboration with both client and AtkinsRéalis project teams. The role will require full‑time attendance in the project office. It is primarily focused on pre‑award procurement activities, including sourcing strategy development and working with the client on competitive tenders in accordance with the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Procurement Act.

As the project progresses, the role will gradually transition into post‑award contract administration and commercial management, providing continuity from contract award through execution.
