The Systems Analysis Senior Advisor – Product & Automation serves as a senior, hybrid role combining Business Product Ownership, Technical Product Ownership, and Systems Analysis to support automation initiatives within PBM / Benefit Automation. This role is responsible for translating complex business, regulatory, and operational needs into high‑quality technical solutions, while leading delivery execution in partnership with onshore and offshore teams.
