Senior Product Designer

Contract: 6–12 months (with possibility of extension)

We are hiring two Senior Designers to support a complex, enterprise-scale environment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates sophisticated stakeholder ecosystems, and drives design across overlapping product areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate ambiguous or messy requirements into clear UX direction and prioritized scope
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to plan increments and define trade-offs
• Produce high-quality Figma deliverables (journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, specifications)
• Coach and support mid-level designers when needed
