Senior product designer – mobile

In Common is hiring on behalf of a US-based Series-B funded Healthcare Startup.
Role Overview
We are building a net-new, patient-facing mobile app and are looking for a senior product designer to lead the experience from zero to one. This is a foundational role where you will shape how patients interact with care, services, and health journeys through a mobile-first experience.
You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and real users, owning early concept definition, UX architecture, and research-driven design decisions. This is not a polish-only UI role. The core of this job is problem framing, user understanding, and end-to-end experience design.
What You’ll Work On
- Design the second mobile app in our ecosystem, this time patient-facing (the first app is provider-facing)
