Senior Product Designer (Philippines)

At MEDDICC, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer in the Philippines who can craft thoughtful, intuitive user experiences and ship high-quality design work at speed. You’ll work directly with a Design Lead and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, turning complex workflows into elegant solutions that help modern sales teams operate at their best.

This isn’t a “make things pretty” design role as you’ll work end-to-end, from research to final UI, contributing directly to how our product feels, functions, and delivers value.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• 100% of core design work ships to production, not parked in Figma or handed off half-baked.
• ≥90% of handoffs are build-ready (states, logic, edge cases, responsiveness covered) with minimal Engineering clarification.
• Post-release UX issues drop measurably (fewer support tickets, bugs, or rework tied to design gaps).
