Senior Product Designer (Product-Led SaaS)

Position Overview
This is a product-first design role, not a UI production role.The Senior Product Designer acts as a co-owner of product direction, responsible for discovering problems, validating ideas through experimentation, and delivering high-quality SaaS experiences that drive real business and customer outcomes.
You will work in a cross-functional product team alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Data, and Customer teams, owning a product area end-to-end — from discovery to scale.
Responsibilities
Lead product discovery through customer interviews, research, and problem framing
Translate ambiguous needs into clear hypotheses and testable solutions
Design and run experiments to validate or invalidate assumptions
Use analytics and customer data to guide decisions
Build prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted tools
