Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, user researchers, engineers, and data analysts from conception to launch of features.
• Create high‑quality designs, interactions, and prototypes using Figma to explore and validate ideas.
• Craft user research plans and collaborate with product operations analysts to identify problems and validate solutions through user testing.
• Contribute to Wave’s design system and component library.
• Engage with customers to surface and solve their pain points.
• Communicate the reasoning behind product decisions during review sessions.
