Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

We’re RingCentral— a $2B global leader in cloud communications and collaboration software—currently hiring a Senior Product Designer on the AI Track. You’ll help shape AI‑driven experiences within our product ecosystem, focusing on the AI Conversation Expert (ACE) product.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user‑centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Deliver high‑quality visual and interaction designs with strong attention to detail and accessibility.
• Iteratively prototype user flows from low‑ to high‑fidelity.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process from requirements gathering through final handoff.
• Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to translate AI capabilities and model limitations into intuitive, transparent user experiences.
