Senior Product Development Technologist - Wet Food

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Senior Product Development Technologist will lead new product development for wet retorted products across the India region, delivering safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective solutions for the Consumer segment. The role is accountable for translating customer and market needs into commercially scalable products through robust formulation, thermal process design, and cross‑functional execution.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end‑to‑end development of wet retorted products (e.G., sauces, gravies, ready‑to‑eat systems) from concept to commercialization. Apply Design to Value (DTV) principles to ensure right‑first‑time delivery, product safety, shelf‑life stability, and manufacturability under retort processing conditions.
