• Lead complex tooling solutions and define technical priorities across multiple Teamsport projects
• Drive optimization of processes, workflows, and tooling standards across categories and supplier base
• Act as key technical partner to Development, Design, and cross‑functional teams, ensuring feasibility and engineering excellence
• Coach and mentor engineers on tooling methods, CAD/blueprint quality, problem‑solving, and best practices
• Lead advanced root cause analyses and implement preventive solutions for future tooling cycles
• Assess, develop, and elevate supplier and mold maker capabilities and tooling quality
