Senior Product Engineer

Job Description
Provide engineering support for wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal / Digital)/Power Management) through all phases from development to production release
Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement
Close interaction with Product Test Engineering/Design team and Communicate technical product status to management
Establish with customers on product testing requirements and production release requirements
Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to resolve all production issues.
Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation, correlation and yield summary reports
Support Yield improvement, Test Time Reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp
Job Requirements
Graduates from Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
5-8 years relevant experience on the Product...
