Senior Product Lead

As a Product Lead, you demonstrate strong domain expertise in product management and financial services, owning the product vision and strategy for deposit products across the Maya ecosystem. Success in this role is measured through adoption and product‑market fit, revenue and balance growth, recurring and habitual usage, and increased ecosystem product availment. You ensure the customer perspective is a primary driver of product decisions, balancing customer value with business viability, operational capabilities, and regulatory requirements.

You apply strategic influence, entrepreneurial savvy, and creativity to shape direction, challenge existing norms, and align stakeholders around shared customer and business outcomes. As a people leader, you coach and develop others through clear feedback, guidance, and context, building product capability while fostering accountability, ownership, and sustained performance.
