Champion a user focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Keep the client at the centre of all you do.

Contribute to the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for the authentication journey. 

Partner with business teams, control partners (e.g., fraud and information security), and leadership to translate requirements into clear product decisions, prioritized roadmaps, and deliverable journeys.

Set expectations, manage trade-offs, and communicate priorities, decisions, and progress clearly to stakeholders.

Work closely with business, compliance and other control functions—advocating for strong controls while pushing for the best possible client experience and business value.

Build reusable and scalable authentication capabilities leveraged by channels to securely sign in and step up clients.
