We’re well-funded by the top investors and angels in the world. Ema is based in Silicon Valley with offices in Bangalore. This will be a hybrid role where we expect employees to work from the office three days a week.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Ema’s core offerings. This includes reimagining key functions such as customer support, employee support, enterprise search, recruiting, ITSM, and HR Ops using Agentic AI. You will partner with global enterprises to deploy Ema, serving employees and HR teams across 100+ countries.
