Senior Product Manager

Your mission

Drive the strategy and development and optimization of LaFinteca's payment products across Argentina, Chile, and Peru, covering APMs, payment rails, wallets, PSPs, and crypto on/off-ramps. Make key build vs. buy decisions (in-house, white-label, hybrid), define product requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and lead the full development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and continuously optimize the product, while supporting existing global merchant transactional solutions.

Requirements Analysis & Solution Strategy

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for new payment methods, APMs, PSPs, and B2C crypto exchangers in LATAM markets.
• Evaluate solution options (in-house development, white-label providers, hybrid models) and provide structured, strategic recommendations to management.
